The service

BloomBoard AI provides AI-generated floral mood boards, palettes, and recommendations for weddings and events. You ("user") agree to these Terms by creating an account or making a purchase.

Seller and Merchant of Record

Subscriptions are sold by BloomBoard AI through Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and chargebacks.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to generate misleading or harmful content.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of inspiration content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display it for the purpose of operating the service. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial wedding/event use; the underlying software and brand remain ours.

AI disclaimer

AI recommendations (palette, flowers, budget, venue context) are generated by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies. They are for inspiration only and are not a substitute for professional floral, financial, or contractual advice. Always confirm pricing, seasonality, and availability with a licensed florist.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@bloomboard.ai. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomBoard AI is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County.
