Who we are
BloomBoard AI ("we", "our") operates this website and the BloomBoard AI service. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the service. For payment processing, Paddle.com Market Limited acts as Merchant of Record and shares data with us as joint recipient.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, authentication identifiers.
- Project data — inspiration images, quiz responses, venue details, budget, and notes you submit.
- AI inputs & outputs — prompts and generated mood boards, stored to display your saved projects.
- Payment metadata — subscription tier, status, billing country. Card data is handled by Paddle and never touches our servers.
- Usage telemetry — pages viewed, events triggered, device/browser, anonymized IP, UTM parameters.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) when configured.
How we use it
- Deliver the service (generate mood boards, store projects, manage subscriptions).
- Improve product quality and AI quality.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets).
- Measure marketing performance and prevent abuse.
Who we share with
- Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance (Merchant of Record).
- Supabase — managed database, authentication, and storage.
- OpenAI / Google AI — AI inference providers for mood board generation.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok — analytics & advertising attribution.
Retention
Account and project data are retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for the period required by law (typically 7 years).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@bloomboard.ai. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
